As a Digital Solution Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping the company’s digital roadmap and driving innovation across all business areas.Reporting To: Digital Solution Director Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the existing hardware and software infrastructure. Participate in the development of internal business applications. Provide Tier 1 technical support when required. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Contribute to the evaluation and selection of new products and technology solutions. Take part in internal automation projects utilizing AI. Collaborate closely with technology partners and external vendors. RequirementsA loyal and committed professional who enjoys their work and is looking for a long-term career opportunity. A university degree; A degree in Information Technology is an advantage but not a requirement. Around 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar environment. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to investigate and resolve technical issues. English proficiency at a working level (B2).
