Job Title: Digital Story Experience Producer — 1 PositionAbout the JobWe are seeking a creative, organized, and digitally minded Digital Story Experience Producer to develop and produce immersive, interactive, and technology-driven storytelling experiences. The successful candidate will transform ideas, narratives, characters, and creative concepts into engaging digital experiences across interactive platforms, virtual environments, AI-powered experiences, digital characters, and emerging media.This is a hands-on interdisciplinary role working closely with writers, narrative designers, character designers, AI specialists, developers, visual artists, UX/UI designers, and production teams. The ideal candidate understands both storytelling and digital production and can turn creative concepts into coherent, engaging, and technically achievable experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and production of digital storytelling experiences from initial concept through delivery.Translate narrative concepts, themes, characters, and story worlds into interactive digital experiences.Develop production plans, creative briefs, workflows, schedules, and milestones for digital storytelling projects.Coordinate writers, narrative designers, artists, character designers, AI specialists, developers, animators, sound designers, and other creative and technical contributors.Design and manage interactive storytelling structures, including branching narratives, audience choices, dialogue systems, and character-driven experiences.Collaborate with AI teams to explore the use of generative AI, conversational AI, digital characters, and intelligent interactive systems within storytelling experiences.Ensure consistency across narrative, character identity, visual language, interaction design, sound, and overall user experience.Review scripts, storyboards, interactive prototypes, character behaviors, dialogue, and other creative assets throughout production.Work with UX/UI and experience designers to ensure that storytelling remains intuitive, accessible, and engaging.Coordinate the integration of narrative content into websites, applications, virtual worlds, immersive environments, games, or other digital platforms.Manage production schedules, dependencies, deliverables, and communication between creative and technical teams.Identify production risks, resolve creative and technical challenges, and maintain alignment between the original creative vision and the final experience.Conduct user testing and gather audience feedback to improve narrative flow, interaction, engagement, and emotional impact.Maintain project documentation, narrative guidelines, character references, production briefs, and version-controlled creative assets.Stay informed about emerging storytelling technologies, AI tools, virtual worlds, interactive media, and immersive experience platforms.QualificationsMinimum BA/MA in Film, Screenwriting, Creative Writing, Digital Media, Interactive Media, Game Design, Media Production, Communication, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also considered.At least 3–5 years of experience in digital production, interactive storytelling, media production, game development, immersive experiences, content production, or a related field.Strong understanding of storytelling principles, narrative structure, character development, pacing, dialogue, and audience engagement.Demonstrable experience developing or producing interactive, digital, immersive, or technology-driven storytelling projects.Strong project and production management skills, including timelines, workflows, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.Experience working with multidisciplinary creative and technical teams.Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, generative AI, conversational AI, or AI-driven characters is highly desirable.Understanding of interactive narrative systems, branching stories, dialogue trees, player/audience choices, or other non-linear storytelling formats.Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to translate creative ideas into clear production requirements.Ability to evaluate creative work critically while maintaining consistency with the overall narrative and experience strategy.Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding continuity, character consistency, narrative logic, and user experience.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-moving interdisciplinary environment.A portfolio demonstrating relevant storytelling, digital production, interactive media, immersive experiences, games, virtual worlds, or related projects.Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.What We OfferThe opportunity to develop innovative storytelling experiences at the intersection of narrative, AI, digital characters, and emerging media.A collaborative environment bringing together writers, artists, designers, AI specialists, developers, and creative technologists.The opportunity to work on experimental digital characters, interactive narratives, virtual environments, and immersive experiences.Access to emerging AI and digital production tools and technologies.Creative ownership and meaningful involvement in shaping the narrative and experience direction of projects.Professional development opportunities across storytelling, AI, interactive media, and immersive technologies.Opportunities to build a strong portfolio of interdisciplinary and technology-driven creative projects.How to ApplyPlease submit the following to farhang@parsikia.ir with subject line “Digital Story Experience Producer — Application”:1.
