Job Title: Digital Story Experience Producer — AI Characters & Digital Humans (1 Position)About the JobWe are seeking a creative, organized and technically curious Digital Story Experience Producer to coordinate the development of interactive story experiences involving AI characters, digital humans, virtual characters and immersive digital environments.The successful candidate will bring together narrative, character, interaction, technology and production requirements to turn creative concepts into coherent digital story experiences.

This role focuses on coordinating the full experience lifecycle, from early concept and story development through prototyping, testing, iteration and final delivery.The position requires someone who can work comfortably across creative and technical disciplines, understand how narrative and character systems translate into interactive experiences, and keep multiple contributors aligned around a shared story and experience vision.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the end-to-end production of digital story experiences involving AI characters, digital humans and interactive environments.Translate creative concepts, story objectives and experience requirements into practical production plans, workflows and deliverables.Work closely with narrative designers, writers, character designers, AI specialists, conversational designers, UX/UI designers, 3D artists, animators, voice and performance specialists and developers.Coordinate the development of story worlds, characters, narrative structures, interactive scenarios and user journeys.Maintain alignment between narrative objectives, character behavior, interaction design, visual development and technical implementation.Develop production briefs, experience specifications, schedules, milestones, task lists and delivery requirements.Coordinate prototypes and iterative development of interactive scenes, character interactions, dialogue systems and immersive experiences.Organize reviews, creative sessions, rehearsals, playtests and production checkpoints across multidisciplinary teams.Track dependencies between narrative content, AI behavior, character assets, animation, voice, environments, interfaces and technical systems.Work with AI and conversational teams to ensure that character behavior and generated content support the intended story experience.Coordinate the integration of dialogue, voice, facial expression, gesture, animation, movement, environmental responses and other multimodal elements.Support the development of prompts, system instructions, behavioral rules, scenarios, examples and evaluation criteria required for AI-driven characters.Monitor narrative continuity, character consistency, interaction quality and overall experience coherence throughout production.Identify production risks, creative inconsistencies, technical dependencies and delivery issues, and coordinate solutions with the appropriate teams.Manage feedback from internal reviews, user testing and playtesting, and translate findings into actionable production tasks.Coordinate revisions and iterations while protecting the core narrative and experience objectives.Maintain documentation including story materials, character specifications, experience flows, production decisions, testing results and version history.Support quality assurance and final delivery by coordinating narrative, interaction, character and technical reviews.Research emerging tools and production methods for AI storytelling, digital humans, interactive narrative, virtual production and immersive experiences.QualificationsMinimum BA/MA in Digital Media, Interactive Media, Film, Theatre, Game Design, Narrative Design, Media Production, Experience Design, HCI, Computer Science, AI or a related field.At least 3–5 years of experience in digital production, interactive media, game development, narrative production, immersive experiences, creative technology or a related field.Demonstrable experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative or technology projects from concept through delivery.Strong understanding of storytelling, narrative structure, character development and interactive experience design.Experience working with interactive, branching, adaptive, immersive, non-linear or AI-driven narratives.Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, conversational AI, AI agents or intelligent interactive systems.Understanding of how AI characters and digital humans can participate in interactive narratives and user experiences.Ability to translate creative and narrative requirements into practical workflows, specifications, scenarios, prompts, system instructions and evaluation criteria.Experience coordinating teams working with dialogue, voice, animation, 3D assets, real-time engines or interactive interfaces.Familiarity with tools such as Unreal Engine, Unity, Figma, Miro, Notion, Jira, Trello or comparable production and collaboration platforms.Understanding of digital humans, virtual characters, real-time animation, virtual production, XR/VR/AR or immersive technologies is an advantage.Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and dependencies.Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate between creative, narrative, design, AI and technical teams.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues before they become production blockers.Comfortable working in an iterative environment involving prototyping, testing, feedback and continuous refinement.Ability to balance creative ambition with technical constraints, production realities and delivery requirements.Portfolio or links to 3 relevant digital, interactive, narrative, immersive or technology-driven projects required.Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.What We
