As the organisation continues to invest in its online proposition, they are seeking an experienced Digital Trading Executive to help drive commercial performance, strengthen online merchandising and improve the digital customer journey.This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The OpportunityReporting to the Digital Trading Manager, the Digital Trading Executive will support the day-to-day commercial management of the company’s digital channels.This is a commercially focused role combining digital trading, online merchandising, campaign execution, product management and performance analysis. You will work closely with teams across Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce Operations, IT and Product to ensure each digital channel is commercially prepared, accurately presented and optimised for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of digital trading strategies, promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives across owned e-commerce channels and relevant third-party marketplaces.Monitor daily and weekly trading performance, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, conversion and product performance.Ensure products are commercially ready with accurate pricing, availability, promotional information, imagery and content.Manage online merchandising across website and app platforms, including product categorisation, navigation and visual presentation.Coordinate homepage refreshes, product updates, copy reviews and content quality control across multiple platforms and regions.Help improve the customer journey through merchandising enhancements, testing and initiatives supporting cross-selling and upselling.Coordinate digital campaigns across website, app, email, social media and other relevant customer touchpoints.Prepare and analyse sales, trading, product and inventory reports to support commercial decision-making.Maintain trading dashboards and performance trackers covering sales, conversion, stock health and key e-commerce metrics.Support sales forecasting and demand planning through analysis of product performance, sales trends and stock movement.Identify emerging trends, trading risks and growth opportunities, recommending appropriate actions.Coordinate product launches by ensuring all required pricing, content, stock and commercial information is ready ahead of launch.Conduct post-launch performance reviews and identify opportunities for further improvement.Work with technical and operational teams to resolve trading issues and support improvements to content, platform functionality and user experience.About YouYou will be a commercially aware e-commerce professional who is comfortable working with data while maintaining a strong eye for product presentation and customer experience.The successful candidate will ideally possess:A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.At least four years’ experience within e-commerce, digital trading or retail merchandising.Experience supporting online trading across websites, apps or third-party marketplaces.A good understanding of e-commerce performance indicators, including revenue, conversion, average order value, stock availability and product performance.Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.Experience managing product data, digital content, promotions or online merchandising.Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.A proactive and accountable approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and follow actions through.Professional fluency in written and spoken English.This represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious digital trading professional to join a growing retail organisation and contribute directly to the continued development of its e-commerce operation.
