Digital Transformation & IT Specialist (AI)

A leading real estate organisation in Dubai is looking to appoint a Digital Transformation & IT Specialist to drive the strategic adoption of AI, automation and digital technologies across its real estate operations.This is an exciting opportunity for a technology-focused professional to play a key role in transforming how a diversified real estate business operates integrating emerging technologies with existing platforms to improve efficiency, productivity, connectivity and commercial performance.The RoleYou will define and deliver the organisation's automation and digital transformation roadmap, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to implement practical, scalable solutions: Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the AI, automation and digital transformation roadmap aligned with wider business objectives.Identify opportunities to automate processes and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity.Lead the implementation and integration of ERP, CRM, AI-driven workflows and real estate technology platforms.Develop effective AI prompts, AI agents and automated workflows to improve business processes.Ensure interoperability between legacy systems and new digital technologies.Work closely with IT teams to deliver technology integrations and digital initiatives.Establish appropriate AI governance, compliance, risk management and ethical frameworks.Drive digital adoption and build digital literacy across the workforce.Coach and support employees in adopting AI and automation technologies.Collaborate across multiple business functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption.Communicate digital strategy, progress and commercial outcomes to senior leadership.Identify opportunities to use technology to enhance real estate management, operational performance and commercialisation.Develop long-term digital technology and transformation strategies.Key Skills & ExperienceThe successful candidate will ideally have:3–5 years’ experience in Digital Transformation, PropTech, AI, automation or technology implementation.Hands-on experience implementing automation and digital solutions.Strong understanding of AI, data analytics and AI-enabled workflows.Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure and/or AWS.Strong systems integration and technology implementation capabilities.Knowledge of AI governance, compliance and risk management.Experience working with real estate, property or asset management technology.The ability to translate technology opportunities into measurable business and commercial value.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with commercial and strategic thinking — someone who can identify where AI and automation can make a genuine difference and then take those ideas through to implementation.The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, commercially minded and comfortable leading change, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive digital adoption across an organisation.
