Digital Transformation / Business Analyst

Role Description The Digital Transformation / Business Analyst is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore River, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. This role is responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, and defining requirements for new or improved systems that support employee benefits brokerage operations. Day-to-day activities include gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, mapping workflows, and supporting the design and implementation of technology solutions and process improvements. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that digital initiatives align with business objectives, regulatory standards, and client service expectations. The role also involves creating clear documentation, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting training and change management for new tools and processes.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and assess process performance.Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution evaluation.Effective Communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with Business Process mapping, optimization, and documentation.Ability to define, document, and validate Business Requirements for digital and operational initiatives.Familiarity with digital transformation projects, workflow automation, and business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or insurance/benefits platforms).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or professional services is an advantage.
