Role DescriptionA Digital Transformation Manager leads and manages digital transformation initiatives that improve business processes, technology adoption, operational efficiency, and customer experience. The role works closely with business and technology teams to develop transformation strategies, implement digital solutions, and drive successful organizational change.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage digital transformation projects and technology initiatives.Develop and implement digital transformation strategies, plans, and roadmaps.Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digital technologies and automation.Coordinate with IT, business, and operations teams to deliver transformation initiatives.Implement digital platforms, systems, automation solutions, and emerging technologies.Analyze existing processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and performance.Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, risks, and overall performance.Support digital adoption, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.Communicate with stakeholders and support change management throughout transformation projects.Prepare reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations for senior management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in digital transformation, technology management, project management, or business process improvement.Strong knowledge of digital technologies, automation, business systems, and data-driven solutions.Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.Good understanding of business process improvement, technology integration, and organizational change.Professional, strategic, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
