Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Novi Sad. The Director leads the overall operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring high standards of medical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Daily responsibilities include overseeing clinical and administrative departments, coordinating workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and monitoring performance indicators. The Director collaborates with medical staff, technical teams, and administrative personnel to improve service delivery, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain efficient appointment and examination processes. This role also involves budgeting and financial oversight, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of patient experience and organizational reputation.QualificationsExperience in healthcare management or administration, preferably in a diagnostic, hospital, or clinical environment.Strong leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, performance management, and conflict resolution.Proficiency in operational planning, process optimization, and resource management within a medical setting.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with medical professionals, staff, partners, and patients.Ability to analyze data, interpret key performance indicators, and make informed decisions.Relevant university degree in healthcare management, medicine, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.Fluency in local language and good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.Demonstrated commitment to ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered leadership.
