- Required experience 8+ years in healthcare IT or digital transformation, including 3+ years leading major initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated delivery of hospital digital programs with measurable outcomes; strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital information systems.
- Strong program management, process improvement, business case development and executive communication skills.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree; project management, change management or processimprovement certification; experience across multiple hospitals.Key responsibilities:
- Develop the group digital roadmap with clinical and business leaders; prioritize initiatives using patient impact, feasibility, cost and measurable benefits.
- Lead delivery of electronic medical record optimization, patient portals, digital access, workflow automation and analytics initiatives across hospitals.
- Redesign clinical and administrative processes with department owners; standardize effective practices while addressing local hospital needs.
- Own project plans, business cases, budgets, dependencies, risks and vendor performance; report progress and decisions to leadership.
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, training and adoption with clinical champions and operational teams.
- Coordinate integration, data quality, privacy, cybersecurity and clinical safety requirements with the relevant specialist teams.
- Measure adoption and realized benefits after implementation; resolve barriers and sustain improvements.
