Value & ROI OwnershipDrive business case development for all major initiativesDefine and track value realization metrics (ROI, cost savings, productivity, quality, cycle time, inventory, OEE)Regularly review initiatives to accelerate, course‑correct, or stop low‑value projects3. PMO & Governance ExcellenceDesign and run a lean, outcome‑focused PMO modelEstablish standards for:Program governanceBenefits trackingRisk and dependency managementExecutive reportingProvide clear, decision‑oriented insights to senior leadership—not just status updates4. Cross‑Functional Execution & AlignmentWork closely with:Operations & Plant LeadershipQuality, Engineering, Supply ChainFinance, HR, and IT teamsRally large, cross‑functional teams to align around common goals and timelinesResolve conflicts, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively5.
