Role DescriptionA Digital Transformation Manager leads digital transformation initiatives, technology-driven business improvements, and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital transformation strategies and initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.Lead digital transformation projects from planning through implementation.Assess existing systems, workflows, and business processes.Coordinate with IT, operations, finance, HR, and other departments.Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.Evaluate and implement digital tools, platforms, and technologies.Support automation, process optimization, and digital workflow improvements.Monitor project performance, risks, issues, and business outcomes.Translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.Coordinate with technology vendors, consultants, and external partners.Support data-driven decision-making and digital reporting initiatives.Manage change management, user adoption, and employee training.Prepare transformation reports, business cases, and management updates.Stay updated on emerging technologies, digital trends, and industry practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field.Relevant experience in digital transformation, technology management, business improvement, or project management.Strong understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and automation.Experience managing digital transformation or technology projects.Knowledge of ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, AI, automation, or data analytics is advantageous.Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good understanding of change management and technology adoption.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with project management and business process tools.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.UAE/GCC digital transformation experience is advantageous.Professional, strategic, organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
