The role works across departments to identify opportunities, implement digital solutions, and drive successful organizational change.Key ResponsibilitiesLead digital transformation projects and strategic technology initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digital solutions.Develop and implement digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.Coordinate with IT, business, and operational teams to deliver transformation projects.Manage the implementation of new technologies, systems, and digital platforms.Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, risks, and performance.Support automation, data-driven decision-making, and technology adoption.Manage stakeholder communication and support organizational change initiatives.Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in digital transformation, technology management, project management, or business process improvement.Good knowledge of digital technologies, business systems, automation, and data solutions.Strong project management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.Strong understanding of business processes and technology integration.Professional, strategic, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
