Digital Transformation - Project Manager (Ref: 197679)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology and enterprise application initiatives within a highly collaborative environment.This is a hands-on project leadership role combining project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, vendor management and governance. You will work across digital transformation, enterprise applications, AI-enabled solutions, automation, integrations and mobile application initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex digital transformation and technology projects from initiation through to go-live, stabilisation and closureOwn project scope, plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks and deliverablesGather and translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirementsProduce and maintain BRDs, business cases, user stories, process maps, gap analyses, decision logs and other key project documentationManage RAID logs, change requests, project reporting and governance controlsCoordinate cross-functional business, IT and vendor teams using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approachesManage external vendors and implementation partners against agreed scope, milestones, SLAs and deliverablesPrepare clear project updates for senior management, steering committees and executive stakeholdersSupport UAT, go-live readiness, training, user adoption, hypercare and transition into BAUEnsure projects meet relevant security, audit, procurement, risk and governance requirementsWhat We're Looking For10+ years' experience across IT and digital transformation project deliveryAt least 5 years managing complex IT projects or cross-functional programmesStrong end-to-end project/programme management experienceProven experience delivering enterprise applications, digital platforms, automation, systems integration, AI-enabled solutions and/or mobile applicationsStrong Business Analysis capability, including requirements gathering and documentationExcellent governance, RAID, reporting, risk and change-control experienceStrong vendor and implementation-partner managementConfident working directly with senior and executive-level stakeholdersExperience supporting organisational change, user adoption, training and transition to operationsStrong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skillsUAE experience is preferredQualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline. A Master's degree and relevant PMP, Agile or Business Analysis certifications are advantageous.
