Urgent Vacancy – Digital Transformation Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment: Full-Time | OnsiteExperience: 8–15 years preferredAbout the RolePinnacle is looking for a hands-on Digital Transformation Specialist with strong experience in BIM, VDC, Design & Construction, Airport projects and Digital Twin implementation.This is not a purely strategy/management role.

The candidate should have personally worked on technology implementation and integration within the AEC environment.Key RequirementsStrong hands-on BIM experience in AEC projects.Practical exposure to Design, Construction and VDC workflows.Significant experience on Airport / Aviation projects; candidates with a major portion of their relevant experience in airport projects will be preferred.Hands-on Digital Twin implementation experience.Experience developing or implementing a 3D Digital Twin environment integrated with BIM.Hands-on integration of IoT / sensors / live or near-real-time operational data with a Digital Twin or 3D environment.Experience with BIM–GIS integration, APIs, system integration and engineering applications will be an advantage.Exposure to platforms/technologies such as Bentley iTwin, Autodesk Tandem, Azure Digital Twins, Esri ArcGIS, Unreal Engine or equivalent Digital Twin platforms.Ability to demonstrate a working Digital Twin / engineering application / POC during the technical selection process.QualificationBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, Computer Science, IT, Digital Technologies or a related discipline.
