We're Hiring | Digital Transformation Strategy ConsultantSaudi Arabia | Saudi Nationals Only | 12-Month Engagement (Extendable)**MUST HAVE CONSULTING EXPERIENCE WITH A MAJOR CONSULTING FIRMWe are looking for a Digital Transformation Strategy Consultant to support technology-led transformation initiatives within a major public sector environment in Saudi Arabia.This is a subcontracting engagement with strong potential for extension based on performance and project needs.What You'll Be DoingLead or support digital transformation strategies aligned with Vision 2030 national objectivesAssess organisational digital maturity and develop transformation roadmapsDrive business process digitization — redesigning workflows, SOPs, and operating models for digital environmentsSupport technology implementation programmes — ERP, cloud, RPA, BI platforms, or enterprise systemsDesign digital governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track transformation progressPrepare executive reports, business cases, and stakeholder briefing packs on digital initiativesFacilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to define digital priorities and secure alignmentBridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutionsWhat We're Looking For4+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following:Digital transformation strategy or advisoryBusiness process digitization or re-engineeringTechnology implementation (ERP, RPA, cloud, BI, enterprise platforms)IT-enabled corporate services transformationBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field — Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Business Technology, or equivalentProfessional certifications preferred — PMP, ITIL, Azure, AWS, PL-300 (Power BI), SAP, COBIT, PRINCE2, or equivalentStrong analytical thinking and ability to translate technology requirements into actionable business outcomesExperience delivering within Saudi Arabia's public sector or regulated environmentsComfortable working in confidential, high-governance settingsNice to HaveExperience with national Vision 2030 digital programmesExposure to AI, automation, or data strategy initiativesConsulting background (Big 4, global technology consultancy, or boutique)Engagement DetailsDuration: 12 months with strong potential for extensionLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaNationality: Saudi Nationals OnlyType: Subcontracting / Freelance
