A leading Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer is seeking a Digital Twin Lead to oversee the strategy, development, and implementation of an enterprise-level Digital Twin ecosystem across large-scale masterplans and smart city developments.This is a high-impact leadership role focused on integrating BIM, GIS, smart city systems, enterprise data platforms, and immersive digital environments to support future-ready urban development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Digital Twin strategy across major masterplan developmentsDevelop scalable frameworks integrating BIM, GIS, and smart city technologiesDrive digital innovation, simulation, automation, and AI-led optimisationOversee enterprise-level digital platforms, governance, and data integrationCollaborate with Development, Design, BIM, GIS, IT, and external technology partnersSupport advanced urban visualisation and immersive digital environmentsManage vendor ecosystems and digital transformation programmes

Requirements
