Based in the UAE, you will combine deep domain expertise with project leadership to deliver end-to-end Digital Twin solutions that optimize asset performance, operational efficiency, and project execution across the full asset lifecycle.Key responsibilities include:Strategy & Delivery: Defining Digital Twin roadmaps and leading the end-to-end delivery of digitalization and autonomous operations initiatives.Domain Integration: Bridging engineering workflows, industrial assets, and Operational Technologies (OT) to enhance asset reliability and process optimization.Project Governance: Managing project scope, schedules, risks, and execution methodologies across complex EPC and O&M environments.Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitating interactive design workshops, engaging clients, and providing executive-level progress reporting to align digital solutions with core business objectives.What you'll need to succeedLocation & Eligibility: Must be currently based inside the UAE (open to all nationalities).Experience: 8–12 years of experience in industrial digitalization, autonomous operations, or digital transformation within the Oil & Gas / Energy / EPC sectors.Technical & Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of industrial data, OT, asset performance management, and lifecycle engineering workflows.Program Management: Proven track record of managing complex digital programs, scope, risks, and cross-functional teams within EPC and O&M landscapes.Education & Communication: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or a related discipline) paired with exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.What you'll get in returnCompetitive Package: Attractive tax-free compensation package (To Be Confirmed / Negotiable based on experience).Strategic Impact: Direct leadership over flagship industrial digitalization projects for major regional energy players.Professional Growth: Career expansion within a global technology powerhouse known for delivering cutting-edge industrial solutions.
