Senior Non-Key Expert – Diplomatic TrainingNTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Downtown Facility.”The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – Diplomatic Training to support technical assistance assignments related to diplomatic and international-relations training, curriculum development, negotiation, leadership, crisis management, public diplomacy, strategic communication, and digital engagement.Qualifications and SkillsMaster’s degree in international relations, diplomacy, political science, international law, public administration, or a related field.English: C1 level.Arabic: C1 level.Professional ExperienceAt least 7 years of relevant professional experience.Experience designing and delivering diplomatic or international-relations training.Experience in areas such as negotiation, leadership, crisis management, public diplomacy, media engagement and/or strategic communication.Experience developing curricula and learning materials for diplomatic or public-sector training institutions.Experience advising public institutions on social media, digital communication and digital engagement strategies.Experience working with foreign ministries or diplomatic academies highly desirable.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or send to recruitment@ntu.eu.
