Key Responsibilities

Foster constructive and professional cooperation with the Cockpit Crew, Management, and other internal and external partnersEnsure smooth flight operations while adhering to all safety and service proceduresOrganise and proactively plan onboard workflows, ensuring the effective deployment of crew members according to their qualifications and experienceActively implement company objectives to ensure a first-class, friendly, and customer-oriented service experience on boardPerform administrative tasks, such as reporting, to maintain and continuously improve our quality standards.Onboard salesYour profile:At least 1 year of professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member / Purser.Fluent in German and English; Albanian and additional languages are an advantage.Completed school or vocational education.Minimum height: 158 cm (maximum 190 cm).Good health (medical check prior to employment).Excellent leadership skills.Friendly and charming communication style.Outgoing and charming personality.Well-groomed appearance and impeccable manners.Good swimming skills.Valid unrestricted Swiss or EU/EFTA passport.Training course starting in mid/late February 2027.What we offer:High-quality, comprehensive trainingPermanent employment with compensation from the first day of trainingSeasonal, modern full-time and part-time employment modelsFixed roster (5 days on – 4 days off, 5 days on – 3 days off)Above-average salary package and sales commissionFlight benefits (MyIDTravel) and employee discountsUniforms (including cleaning) and equipment provided by the employerExpense allowanceJoin our team - Welcome on board!We look forward to receiving your complete application!
