Head of Supply Chain – Aerospace📍 Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the Supply Chain strategy.Lead and develop Procurement & Supply Chain teams.Drive cost reduction, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.Manage supplier relationships, procurement, logistics, and inventory.Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time deliveries.ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.13+ years of Supply Chain & Procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.Aerospace industry experience is highly preferred.Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).Fluent in English.If you're ready to lead Supply Chain operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment, we'd love to hear from you!
