Director – Accounts PayableA leading, fast-growing organisation in the UAE is seeking an experienced Director – Accounts Payable to lead its end-to-end AP function within a complex, high-volume and rapidly evolving business.This is a senior leadership role responsible for AP governance, payment operations, working-capital discipline, vendor management, financial controls and process transformation. The Director will lead a team and partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Operations and senior business stakeholders.We are looking for:10–15+ years of progressive Accounts Payable or Finance Shared Services experienceAt least five years in a senior AP leadership positionExperience leading large-scale, high-volume AP operations across multiple entitiesA background within B2C, data centres, telecommunications, infrastructure, power or energyStrong expertise across P2P governance, working-capital management, IFRS and internal controlsDemonstrable experience leading AP automation, ERP optimisation and process transformationA recognised professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA or CPAA commercially astute, confident and articulate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, direct environmentCandidates currently based within the GCC are strongly preferred
