Director - AI Strategy & Transformation

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to define AI roadmaps, identify high-value use cases, establish governance frameworks, and drive measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute enterprise-wide AI and technology strategies aligned with business objectives.Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities across multiple business units.Partner with senior business stakeholders to drive AI adoption and innovation initiatives.Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.Build business cases and measure ROI for AI investments and transformation programs.Lead cross-functional transformation projects from strategy through implementation.Monitor emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organization.Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.Drive organizational change, capability building, and AI adoption across the business.Requirements12-15+ years of experience in AI Strategy, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Management Consulting.Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or AI initiatives.Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to C-suite executives.Experience developing strategic roadmaps, governance frameworks, and operating models.Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology and AI solutions.Excellent communication, leadership, and program management skills.Candidates from the following environments are highly encouraged to apply:Management Consulting (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Strategy&)Large Enterprises and ConglomeratesEnergy, Infrastructure, Construction, Industrial, Technology, and Investment sectors
