Director & Manager Data Science

We are looking for a senior Data Science / AI professional to lead complex AI and data science engagements across the Intelligent Industry sector, while supporting business growth, innovation and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI and Data Science projects, from scope and solution design through delivery and deployment.Manage project teams, timelines, budgets and senior client stakeholders.Identify and develop new AI/Data Science business opportunities and build strong relationships with C-level clients.Shape and deliver innovative solutions including Agentic AI, Computer Vision, Forecasting and AI-driven optimization.Lead proposals, presentations and demonstrations for clients.Build, mentor and develop Data Science and consulting teams across the Middle East.Contribute to new AI offerings, thought leadership and practice development.What We’re Looking For:10+ years in Data Science, AI, Analytics or related areas, ideally within Intelligent Industry / industrial sectors.5+ years in consulting or client-facing roles, with proven delivery of AI solutions.Strong hands-on experience shaping and delivering AI/Data Science solutions and services.Experience leading multifunctional teams and engaging with senior/C-level stakeholders.Strong knowledge of AI/Data Science techniques, methodologies and programming languages; Azure/cloud experience is a plus.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related quantitative field; PhD is a plus.Strong business understanding of the industrial market, particularly in the Middle East.Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.Relevant project experience may include manufacturing computer vision, supply-chain demand forecasting, energy/process optimization, and Agentic AI solutions for heavy industry.
