Director & Manager Smart Plant

We are looking for experienced Smart Plant / Digital Manufacturing professionals to lead digital transformation and operational performance improvement programs for major industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Digital Manufacturing, Smart Factory & Industry 4.0 transformation programs from strategy through execution.Identify and deliver high-impact solutions including Digital Twins, Predictive Maintenance, MES, IoT and AI-driven solutions.Lead manufacturing and maintenance performance improvement covering OEE, asset utilization, cost reduction, sustainability and productivity.Design and implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence programs.Manage complex projects and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational and financial improvements.Build strong relationships with C-level executives and industrial leaders and support business development, proposals and go-to-market activities.Lead, mentor and develop teams across Smart Plant, Digital Manufacturing and Performance Improvement.What We’re Looking For:Director: 10+ years in industrial operations, consulting or technology-led transformation.Manager: 5+ years in operational performance improvement and digital transformation.Strong experience in Smart Factory, MES, EAM, IoT, AI-driven analytics and Industry 4.0.Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence.Consulting or large-scale industrial transformation experience is highly preferred.Strong stakeholder management skills from shop floor to C-level/boardroom.Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or related field; Master’s preferred for Director level.Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.Middle East industrial market experience or strong regional interest preferred.
