The Director - Benefits & Wellbeing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive benefits program that aligns with Qiddiya's strategic objectives and complies with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations. This role will lead the benefits & wellbeing team to provide exceptional services to employees, ensuring their overall well-being, satisfaction and engagement. Strategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits & wellbeing strategy that supports the organization's goals, culture, and employee needsConduct regular benefits assessments to identify areas for improvement and innovationCollaborate with HR leadership to determine appropriate benefit offerings and levelsBenefits Program Management:Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of various benefits programs, including: Medical insuranceRetirement plans (e.g., General Organization for Social Insurance - GOSI)Disability insuranceLife insuranceLeave policies (e.g., annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave)Employee assistance programs (EAPs)Other employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives as requiredManage relationships with external benefit providers and vendorsCost Management:Monitor and control benefits costs to ensure they align with the organization's budgetExplore opportunities without compromising employee satisfaction and engagementNegotiate favorable terms with benefits providersEmployee Communication and Education:Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about benefits programs and their entitlementsProvide ongoing support and guidance to employees regarding benefits enrollment, claims, and changesTeam Leadership:Lead and manage a team, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunitiesFoster a positive and high-performing work environmentCompliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulationsIdentify and mitigate potential risks associated with benefits and wellbeing programs.RequirementsMasters or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field12+ years of experience in benefits and wellbeing management, with at least 4 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations, particularly related to benefitsProven track record of developing and implementing effective benefits programsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systemsExperience working in a multinational
