Role : Director – Business Consulting A consulting firm is looking for a Director of Business Consulting to join its senior team in Dubai office. This is a business-critical role for a strategic leader who thrives on growth, client impact, and building high-performing teams.Over all Responsibilities: Full P&L responsibility for the consulting divisionBusiness development and senior client relationshipsBusiness proposal development and deal closingStrategic advisory on business strategy, gap analysis, business process improvement, and strategy executionBuilding and leading a top-tier consulting teamExperience BackgroundProven track record in management consulting with P&L ownershipStrong business development and client-facing experienceDeep expertise in strategy formulation, organizational gap assessment, and strategy execution Natural leader who can build and grow a consulting teamArabic language skills are a strong plus (not mandatory)If you're a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for helping organizations perform better — we'd love to hear from you.Remuneration Package:Monthly Salary : AED 50.000.00 - AED 55.000.00 ( All inclusive)Performance based bonus : up to 3 months annually.Annual flights : Self and FamilyMedical Coverage : Self and FamilyAnnual Leave : 30 Days annuallySick Leave : As per UAE labor LawPublic Holidays
