Director - Business Data Intelligence

About the RoleThe Director – Business Data Intelligence will lead the development and governance of KSIA’s commercial data intelligence capabilities, ensuring the integration, accuracy, and usability of data to generate real-time insights, support strategic decision-making, and empower commercial teams through advanced analytics and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of a centralized commercial data platform integrating data from internal functions, partners, and passenger movement systems.Establish standardized data collection, metadata, and master data governance practices across Commercial.Oversee the collection and integration of structured and unstructured data from internal systems, vendors, government sources, and market research.Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to monitor commercial KPIs and support decision-making.Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, governance, and reliable access in coordination with Technology teams.Oversee commercial analytics to identify behavioral patterns and generate actionable business insights.Identify and adopt new technologies and approaches to enhance KSIA’s data intelligence capabilities.Build data literacy across Commercial teams through tools, training, and ongoing support.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent is required. Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent, including at least 4 years of experience in a managerial position.
