Lead cross-functional digital transformation, redesign customer journeys and operating models, and eliminate manual work, fragmented systems, and inefficient handoffs.🔹 Technology, Data, AI & Automation Provide strategic leadership over the technology function, positioning it as a business-transformation capability. Identify practical AI and Generative AI applications, drive intelligent automation and system integration, and improve data governance and decision-making visibility.🔹 Business Performance & Analytics Build an enterprise performance framework tied to strategic priorities. Turn dashboards into insight, accountability, and action — not just reporting.🔹 Customer Experience Lead the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring physical and digital touchpoints form one coherent brand experience, powered by structured customer intelligence.🔹 Process & Operating Model Excellence Map and redesign critical value streams across departmental boundaries. Simplify before automating.
