Director- Business ExcellenceDubai Based roleSalary: AED 55,000 – 60,000 per month + excellent benefitsLead the organisation's strategic planning, business performance, corporate governance and transformation initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening operational efficiency, overseeing the PMO and project portfolio, driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the Business Excellence strategy across the organisation.Establish governance frameworks, operating models, policies and procedures.Lead strategic transformation and operational improvement initiatives.Drive process optimisation, productivity and organisational effectiveness.Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and oversee project governance.Manage the enterprise project portfolio and strategic initiatives.Establish project management methodologies and reporting frameworks.Monitor delivery, manage risks and implement corrective actions.Oversee organisational KPIs, performance monitoring and reporting.Analyse financial and operational results against business objectives.Review business cases, feasibility studies, budgets and business plans.Develop executive dashboards and recommend performance improvements.Lead organisational transformation and change management initiatives.Promote continuous improvement, accountability and innovation.Develop leadership capabilities and embed business excellence practices.Drive process standardisation and operational efficiency.Advise senior leadership on strategy, governance and business performance.Partner with department heads to deliver strategic objectives.Oversee executive meetings, strategic reviews and action plans.Manage key stakeholder relationships, external consultants and strategic assignments.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or a related field.Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is mandatory.PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is mandatory.Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.Strong PMO leadership and project portfolio management background.Previous management consulting experience is strongly preferred.Proven financial and business acumen, with exposure to performance management and strategic planning.Experience in corporate governance and enterprise-wide transformation.Big Four experience is advantageous.Engineering or Finance academic background preferred.Strong leadership, analytical and executive stakeholder management skills.
