Director Business Transformation

We are partnering with a leading global construction and industrial group to appoint a senior transformation leader to spearhead its Enterprise Reinvention agenda across the Group.This is a high visibility role, working directly with the Vice Chairman / CEO to translate strategic recommendations into prioritised, value driven and execution ready transformation programmes.The mandate:• Establish and lead the Reinvention Office, including governance, operating rhythm and decision frameworks• Translate enterprise strategy into a sequenced portfolio of transformation initiatives• Drive programme prioritisation, mobilisation, readiness and value realisation• Align CEOs, functional leaders, entities and external partners around common outcomes• Lead executive governance, reporting and cross entity escalation• Step into entity level transformation mandates where requiredThe ideal profile:• 18+ years of leadership experience across EPC, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure or Industrial sectors• Strong track record in enterprise transformation, mega projects, operating model redesign or programme leadership• Experience working across complex, multi entity organisations and with senior executive stakeholders• Strong capabilities in governance, programme orchestration, value realisation and stakeholder management• Experience working with leading consulting and technology partners• MENA / GCC EPC experience strongly preferred, with power transmission EPC exposure an advantage
