Director Business Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Director to lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives across the UAE and Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving business performance, operational efficiency, processes, and organisational effectiveness while supporting long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute the organisation's business transformation strategy and roadmap.Drive large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple functions and locations.Optimise operating models, processes, organisational structures, and ways of working.Identify opportunities for business growth, cost optimisation, productivity, and operational excellence.Lead digital and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.Establish transformation KPIs, governance, milestones, and benefits tracking.Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.Partner with the CEO, C-suite, and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.Lead and develop high-performing teams across the UAE and Singapore.Ensure transformation programmes deliver measurable and sustainable business results.What We’re Looking For:20+ years of professional experience in business transformation, strategy, operational excellence, or management consulting.Proven experience in a senior Director-level transformation or strategy role.Strong experience managing transformation and business operations across UAE and Singapore.Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation programmes.Strong expertise in operating model design, process improvement, organisational change, and performance optimisation.Excellent strategic, commercial, financial, and stakeholder-management skills.Experience working with CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior leadership teams.Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation, AI, and data-driven business improvement.Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
