About the RoleMartin Dow Limited is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director Business Unit to lead our Neuropsychiatry, General Medicine, and Gastroenterology portfolios. This leadership role will be responsible for shaping business strategy, driving commercial excellence, and delivering sustainable growth and profitability across the assigned portfolios.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership.Lead the Sales and Marketing teams while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives.Own the Business Unit P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial performance management.Drive portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and successful product launches aligned with market opportunities and customer needs.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support timely product registrations and approvals.Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.QualificationsPharmD/ MBBS with an MBA (preferred).15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including experience managing relevant therapeutic portfolios.Proven track record in business leadership, commercial strategy, portfolio management, and P&L ownership.Strong understanding of Pakistan's pharmaceutical market and healthcare landscape.Excellent leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.Required SkillsLeadershipStrategic PlanningFinancial AcumenStakeholder Management
