Position Title: Division Director – Recruitment & Contract SalesLocation: Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid / On-site)Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried + Uncapped CommissionOverviewWe are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Division Director to lead and scale our recruitment and contract sales operations in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role requires a hybrid leader who can drive top-line revenue through business development while managing a high-performing team of account managers and recruiters. You will build talent solutions for Western Michigan’s growing commercial, industrial, and technical sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Revenue Growth: Drive sales strategy for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement staffing solutions across the West Michigan market.Account Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and secure new corporate accounts, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.Team Management & Coaching: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and account executives; set KPIs, run daily standups, and foster a high-accountability sales culture.Operational Oversight: Manage division P&L, forecast revenue, and ensure compliance with regional labor laws and staffing contracts.Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of regional hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and economic shifts in Grand Rapids and surrounding industrial corridors.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in agency staffing, contract sales, or recruitment solution sales; 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding individual and team sales quotas.Network: Strong familiarity with the Grand Rapids business ecosystem and manufacturing/corporate landscape is highly preferred.Skills: Expertise in CRM/ATS systems, pipeline management, client negotiation, and performance management.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $65k-90k commensurate with experience) + uncapped commission structureComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysLeadership development and career path progression
