• Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the institution
• Drive curriculum innovation aligned with evolving industry and regulatory requirements
• Lead faculty recruitment, development and research output
• Build and strengthen corporate, industry and international academic partnerships
• Oversee admissions, placements, and student engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies
• Represent the institution at academic, industry and public forums
• Manage budgets, resources and institutional growth strategyEligibility & Qualifications
• Ph.D. in Management/Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 10+ years of academic/administrative experience, including senior leadership roles in a business school
• Strong record of research publications, academic leadership and institution-building
• Excellent networking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
