Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability for all projectsOversee the preparation of detailed financial reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to support decision-makingCollaborate with finance and project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting, cost control, and financial managementEstablish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project and operational performance effectivelyEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policies across all commercial activitiesConduct market analysis to identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to enhance collaboration and support business interestsLead and mentor the commercial reporting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferredAt least 15 years of experience in commercial management and financial reporting within the Construction or Development sectorsProven experience in developing commercial strategies and leading financial reporting initiativesStrong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in financial management software and ERP systemsAdept at team leadership and fostering professional growth within team members
