The role is positioned at the center of commercial decision-making, working across client, consultant, contractor, and government interfaces to support effective delivery, manage risk, and strengthen commercial outcomes at program scale.ResponsibilitiesLead commercial strategy and governance across program-wide contract portfoliosOversee contract negotiation, administration, and compliance for major infrastructure programsManage commercial risk, claims, and dispute resolution across multiple stakeholdersDrive cost control, change management, and value optimization initiativesRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline18+ years of experience leading commercial functions on large infrastructure programsStrong experience in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolutionDeep expertise in cost control, change management, and commercial governanceExperience managing client leadership, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders at director levelPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of FIDIC or NEC contract formsKnowledge of government procurement frameworksExperience with major EPC-style contract administration
