Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic Director of Commercial - Residential to lead our commercial initiatives within the residential projects sector. This senior position is vital to orchestrating the strategy and operations that define our residential developments, which are core to our mission of creating a world-class entertainment, sports, and arts destination.In this role, you will be responsible for the overall commercial governance of residential projects, from initial conception through to completion. You will leverage your industry expertise to align operational and financial strategies, ensuring the realization of the company's development goals while maximizing profitability and minimizing risk.ResponsibilitiesFormulate and execute the strategic commercial framework for all residential initiatives, aligning with Qiddiya's broader corporate visionLead and inspire a high-performance team of commercial professionals tasked with managing procurement, contracts, and financial aspects of residential projectsNegotiate contracts and manage vendor and contractor relationships to secure optimal outcomes for Qiddiya's residential developmentsOversee project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targetsMitigate risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and operational standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, construction, and marketing, to ensure seamless project executionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, local authorities, and community groupsProvide mentorship and professional guidance to the commercial team, fostering a culture of continuous improvementRequirementsDegree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a relevant field; advanced qualifications are preferredMinimum of 15 years of commercial management experience in the residential property sector, with a deep understanding of the complete project lifecycleStrong financial acumen and expertise in contract negotiation and managementProven leadership skills with a track record of successfully navigating cross-functional operationsExceptional negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
