Director Corporate Strategy & Operations (Emirati Talent)

Role - Director of Operations (Emirati Talent)Location - DubaiSalary - AED 65,000 to 68,000Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and ensure milestones, dependencies, and deliverables align with business priorities.Develop and monitor the Balanced Scorecard, translating strategic objectives into measurable KPIs, targets, and performance insights.Coordinate cross-functional strategy execution and provide senior leadership with visibility on progress, risks, gaps, and key decisions.Develop and implement the annual corporate culture strategy aligned with business objectives, values, and employee experience.Lead employee engagement and leadership initiatives, including leadership forums, engagement sessions, team building, and company-wide programmes.Partner with Department Heads and Line Managers to resolve execution challenges and minimise escalations.Drive continuous improvement across processes, coordination, and internal communication.Lead annual OPEX budgeting and ensure effective financial tracking, optimisation, and cost management.Leverage employee engagement and performance data to improve organisational effectiveness.Support senior leadership in translating strategic priorities into clear actions, accountability, and measurable outcomes.Interested candidates can share their CV at srividhya@hirerightt.com
