Director – CRM Transformation

Position - Senior Manager / Director in CRM TransformationLocation - DubaiSummary - You will take overall responsibility for complex transformation programs and shape the strategic evolution of customer-centric business models for ourclients across the Middle East.• Own program and project management, leading interdisciplinary teams through complextransformation initiatives.• Steer strategic CRM transformations with a focus on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics acrossmarketing, sales, and customer service, and take responsibility for successful delivery.• Advise top management on developing and implementing future-ready strategies to optimize customerexperience, processes, and operating models.Your Profile• A completed university degree and at least 8 years of professional and leadership experience inconsulting, ideally in CRM transformation and with budget responsibility.• Extensive experience leading interdisciplinary teams, with a confident presence and strongcommunication skills across all levels, up to top management.• A strong affinity for technology, combining strategic analysis with hands-on delivery of complextransformation projects and demanding client requirements.• Strong presentation skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and flexibility.• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional regional language skills are a plus.
