Aftersales Director | Chirey Motor MéxicoChirey Motor México is seeking an experienced Aftersales Director to lead the transformation and performance of its nationwide dealer network.The role focuses on strengthening dealer operations, standardizing service processes, improving customer satisfaction, developing technical capabilities, and ensuring parts availability across the network.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and standardize aftersales operations, workshop processes, and service quality across the dealer network.Drive customer satisfaction, complaint resolution, and service efficiency improvements.Develop technical training and service advisor capabilities across dealerships.Optimize parts planning, availability, and distribution.Establish performance KPIs, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead and develop a high-performing, results-oriented aftersales team.Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 10 years of verifiable experience in automotive aftersales leadership at director level or equivalent.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Proven experience managing OEM aftersales operations and nationwide dealer networks.Demonstrated success improving dealer performance, service processes, and customer satisfaction.Strong leadership, execution, and dealer management capabilities.Based in Mexico; Mexico City is preferred.Preferred ProfileAn automotive OEM aftersales executive with a proven track record of transforming dealer operations, developing dealer capabilities, and delivering measurable improvements in operational performance and customer experience.
