In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the design philosophy and overseeing the design direction for all development projects, ensuring they are both groundbreaking and aligned with the company's vision of excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement design strategies that align with Qiddiya's overarching goals and visionLead and inspire a diverse team of designers and architects, fostering a culture of creativity and collaborationOversee the design development processes from initial concept through to project completionCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design solutions are practical, innovative, and reflect community engagementReview and approve design proposals, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulationsStay abreast of global design trends and best practices, integrating these insights into project initiativesManage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring deliverables are met within expected parametersEngage with clients and stakeholders, presenting design concepts and incorporating their feedback into the design processRequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)12+ years of professional experience in design leadership roles, preferably within the real estate or entertainment sectorsProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage creative teamsExceptional communication skills, with expertise in presenting complex design solutions to various audiencesA proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact design projects on time and within budgetKnowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is highly advantageousAbility to think critically and creatively, with a strong attention to detail
