The role is focused on driving alignment across consultants, stakeholders, and project objectives while helping ensure design outcomes support quality, compliance, delivery expectations, and broader development goals.ResponsibilitiesLead multidisciplinary design teams across concept, schematic, and detailed design phasesManage external consultants to deliver coordinated, high-quality design packages on scheduleOversee design reviews, approvals, and compliance with project standards and regulationsAlign design outcomes with budget, program, stakeholder expectations, and development objectivesPresent design progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management12+ years of experience leading large-scale design management across complex development projectsExperience managing multidisciplinary consultants and delivering coordinated design packagesStrong background leading design reviews and securing authority approvalsProven ability to balance design quality with budget, schedule, and stakeholder expectationsExperience presenting design progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
