This role is suited to a leader who can balance commercial, operational, and stakeholder priorities while helping drive large-scale destination developments forward in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development strategy for large-scale mixed-use destination projectsOversee project budgets, timelines, feasibility studies, and delivery milestonesCoordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders across development phasesDrive contract negotiations, risk management, and regulatory compliance for development initiativesMentor development teams and present project updates to senior leadershipRequirementsBachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, or a related field12-15 years of leadership experience in large-scale real estate development, including mixed-use projectsStrong experience with feasibility analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and project lifecycle managementProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholder relationshipsExperience negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory and safety complianceProfessional proficiency in English
