From the contemporary Maldivian island paradise at Jumeirah Olhahali Island to the art-inspired Jumeirah Capri Palace in Italy and the modern twist on a British classic at Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London, the brand has become synonymous with warm and generous service and the ability to craft distinctive and purposeful experiences that bring joy to guests from across the world.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director – Emiratization (National Talent) to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Shape and lead Jumeirah’s enterprise-wide Emiratization vision, bringing to life a bold five-year roadmap that reflects the ambitions of the UAE and helps define the Group’s future.Inspire and elevate the National Recruitment and National Development teams, cultivating exceptional capability and a shared sense of purpose to shape the future of UAE National talent across Jumeirah.Serve as a trusted strategic adviser to senior leaders across Corporate, SBU and hotel operations, transforming workforce insight into purposeful action and measurable Emiratization outcomes.Create exceptional career journeys for UAE National talent through thoughtful recruitment, seamless onboarding, personalised development, mentoring, mobility, talent reviews, performance management and succession pathways.Forge meaningful partnerships with government entities, educational institutions and community networks, while collaborating with Marketing and Communications to celebrate inspiring UAE National career stories and elevate Jumeirah as an employer of choice for Emirati talent.Bring Jumeirah’s Emiratization ambition to life through powerful analytics, disciplined governance and compelling executive insight, creating clear visibility of progress across representation, recruitment, readiness, retention and leadership succession.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:A talented National talent with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Public Administration or a related discipline; a relevant master’s degree, MBA or recognised professional HR qualification would be advantageous.Offers 10–12 years of progressive HR leadership, with deep expertise in Emiratization, national talent development, workforce planning, talent acquisition or organisational development within the UAE.Brings a proven ability to inspire high-performing teams and deliver influential, Group-wide initiatives that advance National talent recruitment, development, succession, retention and representation.Combines strategic vision, influential stakeholder leadership and analytical depth, with the confidence to guide senior leaders and translate workforce insight into meaningful, commercially astute action.Communicates with distinction in Arabic and English and demonstrates a strong command of UAE labour and Emiratization requirements, complemented by experience within luxury hospitality or an equally complex, service-led environment.About the Benefits At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
