DIRECTOR, ENGLISH EDUCATION & BUSINESS EXPANSION(Vietnamese speaker) Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Level: Director / Senior Leadership Experience: 15+ years in English educationTeachifyy is looking for an exceptional Vietnamese English education leader with 15+ years of experience to join our leadership team and help build and expand our English education business in Vietnam.This is not a conventional teaching role.We are looking for someone who can combine deep teaching expertise + business thinking + product development + leadership.What you will lead1. Business Expansion 🇻🇳Develop Teachifyy's English education presence in Ho Chi Minh City and beyondBuild relationships with schools, education centres, universities and strategic partnersIdentify new business opportunities and expansion marketsDevelop and execute local growth strategies2. Education & Product Development 📚Lead the creation of new English learning programmesDesign curriculum, learning pathways and teacher-development programmesHelp build products specifically for Vietnamese learnersEnsure our programmes deliver measurable learning outcomesTranslate classroom experience into scalable education products3. Teacher Network & Quality 👩‍🏫Build and lead a high-quality Vietnamese teacher networkEstablish teacher training and professional development systemsDevelop teaching standards, observation frameworks and quality assuranceMentor senior teachers and academic teams4.
