Role Summary

Responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of the AI data center portfolio. Ensures alignment with business objectives, optimal resource allocation, and risk management across all AI data center programs and initiatives, spanning site selection and design through EPC delivery, commissioning, and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead portfolio planning and prioritization across multiple AI data center programs.Align portfolio strategy with organizational goals and technology roadmaps.Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and benefits realization.Oversee EPC-delivered capital projects at portfolio level, including contractor performance, milestone and stage-gate adherence, change orders, and interface management across design, construction, and commissioning phases.Collaborate with finance, operations, and engineering to ensure budget adherence and resource optimization.Provide executive-level reporting and insights to stakeholders.Key Skills:Portfolio management (PPM tools, dashboards)EPC project delivery, contracting models, capital project lifecycle, schedule and cost controlStrategic planning and financial acumenStakeholder engagement and communicationRisk and change managementDeep understanding of AI data center infrastructure and operationsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or a related discipline; Master's or MBA preferred.14+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or technology programs, with at least 5 years in a portfolio or program management capacity.Demonstrated experience delivering or governing EPC projects, ideally AI data centers, mission-critical facilities, or comparable capital infrastructure.Proven track record managing capital portfolios of significant value with multi-vendor, multi-contractor environments.Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or equivalent is an advantage.Why HUMAINIn this role, you will gain direct exposure to HUMAIN’s most critical strategic priorities and work closely with leadership on initiatives that shape the organization’s future.It’s a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to grow quickly and contribute meaningfully within a fast-paced, mission-driven institution.
