Director - Finance & Procurement

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director - Finance & Procurement to lead and oversee finance and procurement functions across the organization. This leadership role is critical in ensuring effective financial management, procurement operations, and the implementation of best practices to support Qiddiya's ambitious projects and initiatives.The Director will be responsible for developing financial and procurement strategies, managing budgets, optimizing resource utilization, and driving compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in both finance and procurement, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver value and achieve organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the finance and procurement departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational requirementsDevelop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performanceOversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support informed decision-makingEnsure compliance with internal controls, corporate governance, and regulatory standards in finance and procurement activitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessBuild and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and financial partnersProvide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for finance and procurement teamsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholdersCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and organizational objectivesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred10+ years of combined experience in finance and procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven experience in developing and executing finance and procurement strategies within large-scale projects or organizationsStrong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, procurement best practices, and contract managementExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellenceProficiency with financial and procurement software and toolsFluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plusBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
