Position: Finance Director – Assets Location: United Arab Emirates Nationality Requirement: Only open to UAE Nationals with a Family BookOverview We are seeking a highly capable Finance Director – Assets to lead the financial strategy, performance management, and reporting for a diverse portfolio of assets. This role is central to ensuring strong financial governance, accurate consolidation, and effective long‑term planning across the asset base.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the financial strategy for a multi‑asset portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Oversee portfolio‑level reporting, including performance dashboards, variance analysis, and management reporting.Manage financial control, accounting integrity, and compliance across all assets.Direct budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring robust planning and scenario analysis.Lead consolidation of financial statements for the full asset portfolio.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and governance.Partner with asset managers, operations, and executive leadership to support strategic decision‑making.Provide leadership to finance teams supporting individual assets.Preferred ExperienceStrong background in portfolio‑level investment analysis, asset valuation, and financial modelling.Experience in multi‑asset environments, such as infrastructure, energy, utilities, real estate, or investment portfolios.Proven track record in finance leadership, reporting, and strategic planning.Candidate ProfileEmarati (mandatory).15+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within asset‑heavy industries.Strong analytical capability, leadership presence, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels.
