This is an opportunity to partner with senior executives, influence key business decisions, and help drive sustainable growth through financial excellence.What you'll be doingLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.Drive business performance through insightful financial analysis, KPI management, and profitability improvement initiatives.Optimize capital allocation, cash flow, and investment decisions.Strengthen financial governance, risk management, and compliance.Partner closely with senior business leaders to support strategic decision-making.Lead financial transformation initiatives, leveraging automation and digital solutions to improve efficiency.Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.We're looking for someone who has12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.Experience leading finance within a large, multi-business organization or retail/FMCG environment.Strong commercial finance and business partnering capabilities.Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership.Experience driving finance transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives.Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA is highly preferred.Why Join GMG?At GMG, we're dedicated to nurturing a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging work environment that promotes growth, innovation, and well-being.
