The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About the Job:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director - Finance to join Jumeirah Al Naseem from November 2026 onwards.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including preparation and review of financial statements.Establish robust cash management controls, prepare cash flow forecasts, and oversee reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.Supervise the Finance and Accounting department, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of financial reports, while also providing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.Direct the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, establish major financial objectives and policies, and conduct analysis to minimize variances and maximize return on investment.Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders such as owners, asset managers, and corporate teams, reporting on financial performance, acting as a business advisor, and addressing specific requirements.Coordinate with auditors, investigate findings and recommendations, review and certify financial reports before distribution, and monitor legal issues and tax compliance, ensuring timely resolution.About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting or Professional accreditation e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMAMinimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role in 5-star luxury brandsKnowledge of UAE/GCC market About the Benefits:At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
